On this page I will gather facts about the period in Time and Space known as MERCRY RETROGRADE. This is NT about staying locked up in your cave until the period is over. it IS about sharing experiences about how we sail through times of adversity with Grace and Ease, remaining calm no matter what happens!

First, let me begin by stating that in Kemetic Kommunites, we refer to the Vibration of Mercury as Tehuti or Djehuty. Djehuty is also known as Hermes or Thoth. Much crucial wisdom was passed down to us through the ages that originated from the hands and mind of this great being. It is hard for me to understand how only the negative aspects of Mercury Retrograde are reported.

MERCURY RETROGRADE AT THE FARMER'S ALMANAC

Mercury's retrograde periods can cause our plans to go awry. However, this is an excellent time to reflect on the past. Intuition is high during these periods, and coincidences can be extraordinary.

When Mercury is retrograde, remain flexible, allow time for extra travel, and avoid signing contracts. Review projects and plans at these times, but wait until Mercury is direct again to make any final decisions.

The almanac has some interesting info about Mercury Retrograde and your astro sign…but, I am going to use both Western and true Sidereal in my interpretation…sidereally, this retro began in Aquarius and will end in Pisces… Zodiac Profiles

• In Aries: Expect to be frustrated and frazzled. Assertive, impulsive Aries wants to move ahead, and all of the energy is going backwards. Watch what you say and how you say it. Pay attention to what people say to you; you might be pleasantly surprised.
• In Taurus: Take time to formulate your thoughts. Taurus, an unhurried sign, slows down the mental processes. He also governs banking, so delay money matters. Review financial matters, and position yourself for growth.
• In Gemini: Because Gemini rules communications, be prepared for miscommunications. Expect lots of phone calls or none, and lost or misplaced mail. You may not articulate clearly. At the same time, old friends may reconnect.
• In Cancer: Expect annoyances at home with baking, gardening, and household duties under domesticated Cancer. Complete repair projects that weren't finished or done correctly.
• In Leo: Avoid speculative investments. It is not a good time to buy or sell or do any trading. Instead, analyze your investment portfolio. Use your know-how and advisory skills to help friends and associates.
• In Virgo: Challenging situations arise, especially in the workplace. Expect product delays and equipment breakdowns, as well as crankiness among coworkers under finicky, detailed Virgo. Double-check your work before you call it finished.
• In Libra: Accept your physical attributes; do not have a makeover. Indecision resigns, so limit purchases—or risk returning them. Libra, representing beauty, grace, charm, and diplomacy, is out of balance. Refresh, relax, and rejuvenate.
• In Scorpio: Emotions rule—not common sense—so beware. Avoid affairs of the heart. Passionate Scorpio is also secretive, and your secrets may seep out. Keep them in a diary.
• IN OPHIUCHUS? STAY TUNED....

I think one fact that really stood out for me:

The historically unprecedented resignation of Joseph Ratzinger as Pope this week was compelled by an upcoming action by a European government to issue an arrest warrant against Ratzinger and a public lien against Vatican property and assets by Easter.

The ITCCS Central Office in Brussels is compelled by Pope Benedict's sudden abdication to disclose the following details:

1. On Friday, February 1, 2013, on the basis of evidence supplied by our affiliated Common Law Court of Justice (itccs.org), our Office concluded an agreement with representatives of a European nation and its courts to secure an arrest warrant against Joseph Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict, for crimes against humanity and ordering a criminal conspiracy.

It is always a beautiful thing when we speak what is in our hearts.

Sun Jan 13: Our friendly Aquarius Moon aligns with creative imaginative Neptune today so spend time with those that you feel are your true eccentric tribe. Good Rising! Great Awakenings!

As I have been saying for many years now, decades even (whew!) I do not feel that the world is coming to an end. Nor do I believe this is what the Mayans were saying either. In reality, what is happening is an alignment of our system with the plane of the Milky Way Galaxy. This is a well documented fact. Just look at any modern ephemeris.... here is my post from last year, October 23, 2011, when some "Mayanists" were saying the the world was going to end on October 28, 2011.

Is the world really going to end in the next few days? Is this what the Mayan Calendar is telling us?

That said, I feel that the most important thing for us to do is to stay close to what remains true in our hearts. To stand firmly in our truth. The best advice I have gotten is this: The very things that we have been doing, or trying to do, to assist in Global Ascension, things that have been met with countless obstacles and "setbacks" even what seemed like failures, will go much smoother after the alignment. We are out of alignment with the current-soon -to-be-former paradigm, and already in alignment with the new one. As the old paradigm falls away, there will be inevitable pain, sadness, suffering, if we remain attached to the material realm. For those that have been preparing for the Ascension for some time now, the hardest part may be watching our loved ones experience tremendous loss. As the Hopi Prophecy states, all we can do is to comfort the ones that are already awakened. The time for waking people up is ending. Now it is time to RISE AGAIN IN TRUTH.

Our scientific culture has finally come realize that our planet, the Sun, and the entire solar system had its origins at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. We also have recently found that our Galaxy is 70,000 light years in diameter, with most of its 400 billion stars concentrated in the great central bulge.

Equipped with ultraviolet, x-ray and gamma-ray instruments, plus infrared telescopes most astronomers are now convinced that at the center of our Galaxy is a massive black hole the unimaginable seize of millions of our suns. This is where Science and Mythology truly meet. For what the center of our Galaxy may represent in terms of energy and the properties of time/space, no one has a clue.

But to the ancient Maya the Milky Way Galaxy represented the Great Cosmic Mother from which all Life was birthed. They saw our Galactic Mother stretching out across the night sky and somehow recognize the place where we all had come from. And the great central bulge at Her center they perceived as the Cosmic Womb. Within the central bulge there is what looks like a dark corridor, known as the dark rift. To the Maya it was referred to by many names but the most pertinent here is their reference to this area as the "birthing pace". Are we beginning to get the picture here?

Considering then the significance of the 2012 date in the Mayan calendar, it has been discovered that this year specifically points to a period of time when the December Solstice Sun aligns with and arises out from the backdrop of the dark rift, the "Galactic Birth Canal" in the central bulge. It's as if the Sun is actually being birthed anew from the Galactic Womb.

The Mayan Cosmology was not written in a book, but in the very stars above their heads. The meaning of this story was not revealed through the study of obscure interpretations, but through correspondence of associations assigned to the individual parts in the story. All we need to do is recognize those original associations and the story unfolds all by itself. Just as in our culture we have built up associations between the Winter Solstice, the New Year and the birth of Jesus Christ "the Son of God" who came into this world as "a savior of mankind".

With the Maya we have discovered another story associated with the Winter Solstice, the New Year and the fate of people on Earth. The astronomical alignment of the Precessional Cycle of the Winter Solstice and Galactic Center represents the "Zero Point" on the Cosmic Clock, thus marking the beginning of the New Age in our evolutionary journey in consciousness. It tells us that a New Sun is born, a New Year has dawned, a New Galactic Cycle has begun, and the transformation of our World is well underway.

The big secret in this particular story is that we need not wait for the Winter Solstice in the year 2012 to recognize that we are entering into this time of profound transition. For according to the most recent astronomical calculations the Solstice Meridian actually coincided most precisely with the Galactic Equator between 1998 and 1999.

Just as the Earth’s equator divides the planet into two hemispheres of North and South, the Galactic Equator is the astronomical term for the dividing line of the Milky Way, separating the Galaxy into two halves. Similar to the time of the Equinox when the Sun appears to cross the Earth’s Equator and thus enters into a new hemisphere, so too in 1998 the Winter Solstice Sun began to cross over the Galactic Equator. Considering that the Sun is so large (about one half a degree wide) and the motion is so slow, our Sun will not be completely across the Equator and fully into the new Galactic Hemisphere until 2018.

So we need to understand then that the Mayan 2012 date is simply an indicator to this 20-year period of transition – the birthing process of the New Age and the beginning point of the New Precessional Cycle of 26,000 years.

I find it almost the height of irony that the descendants of those white Europeans who came to the "New World" to bring enlightenment and salvation to the indigenous population, would now find buried here in some remote jungle a stone calendar/clock telling them what Time it is. A calendar or clock not foreign to their own cultural background, but one that actually incorporates and fulfills their most expansive vision of cyclic Time, the Precessional Cycle. This "Great Year" was long known to the Sumerians, Babylonians, Egyptians and the ancient Greeks but lacked a point at which it began or ended. Somehow down through the Ages that knowledge had been lost.

This Venus event coincides with the Full Moon, which is also a Lunar Eclipse! Venus goes back direct on June 27. You are probably aware of what Mercury Retrograde means. Just imagine the same chaos, only instead of dealing with communication and technology, we are dealing with love and relationships!

Introduction to Transits of Venus

Transits of Venus across the disk of the Sun are among the rarest of planetary alignments. Indeed, only six such events have occurred since the invention of the telescope (1631, 1639, 1761, 1769, 1874 and 1882). The next two transits of Venus will occur on 2004 June 08 and 2012 June 06.

The principal events occurring during a transit are characterized by contacts. The event begins with contact I which is the instant when the planet's disk is externally tangent with the Sun. The entire disk of the Venus is first seen at contact II when the planet is internally tangent with the Sun. During the next several hours, Venus gradually traverses the solar disk at a relative angular rate of approximately 4 arc-min/hr. At contact III, the planet reaches the opposite limb and is once again internally tangent with the Sun. The transit ends at contact IV when the planet's limb is externally tangent to the Sun. Contacts I and II define the phase called ingress while contacts III and IV are known as egress. Greatest transit is the instant of minimum angular separation between Venus and the Sun as seen from Earth's geocenter."

The transit or passage of a planet across the face of the Sun is a relatively rare occurrence. As seen from Earth, only transits of Mercury and Venus are possible. On average, there are 13 transits of Mercury each century. In contrast, transits of Venus occur in pairs with more than a century separating each pair.

The last Venus transit was in 2004 so the second event of the pair will occur on Wednesday, June 6 (Tuesday, June 5 from the Western Hemisphere). The entire event will be widely visible from the western Pacific, eastern Asia and eastern Australia as shown in Figure 1. Most of North and Central America, and northern South America will witness the beginning of the transit (on June 5) but the Sun will set before the event ends. Similarly, observers in Europe, western and central Asia, eastern Africa and western Australia will see the end of the event since the transit will already be in progress at sunrise from those locations.

Table 2 and Table 3 list predicted contact times and corresponding altitudes of the Sun for locations throughout Canada and the United States, respectively. Table 4 provides similar predictions for a number of cities around the world.

Venus is the Roman name for the Greek Aphrodite, goddess of love, grace, beauty and sexual rapture. Venus has also been called the "jewel of the sky"; "Eosphorus as the morning star and Hesperus as the evening star"; from a modern day astronomer's view, "Earth's sister planet"; and from an astrologer's view, the "compliment to Mars."

Other cultural names for Venus include: the Babylonian Ishtar; the Syro-Palestinian goddess Ashtart; the Aztec: Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli (meaning "Lord of the House of Dawn."), an apparition of Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent; the Maya: Kukulcan (Venus was the Mayan patron of warfare, with several battles coinciding with significant Venus alignments); and the Norse Sif, noted for her "conjugal fidelity." Aside from the asteroids, Venus is the only main planet named after a goddess--sorry to say for our soul-ar system.

The Venus Transit Theme

There are several factors defining the theme of this event:

• The Lunar Cycle in which the Venus transit occurs. (The Venus Transit occurs in the May 20, 2012 Lunar Cycle: A Solar Annular Eclipse)
• Where in the Lunar Cycle the transit occurs (just after the Full Moon Partial Eclipse in Ophiuchus).
• The addditional geometrical aspects to Venus at the time of the transit and other significant planetary aspects.

Kursa of Eridanus, Rigel of Orion and the Shield of Orion are the primary conjoining stars of the Venus-Sun alignment (Venus Transit). Kursa
marks the beginning of Eridanus, the River of Life. Kursa, Rigel and its immediate surounding cosmology define the theme of the event.

So, this event takes place with Full Moon in Ophiuchus/Scorpio as well as Venus in Taurus. When we look at the Moon, we will be looking towards
the center of our Milky Way Galaxy.

Akhet - The Horizon of Heaven or something else?

ABSTRACT

The Egyptologists may have inappropriately interpreted the Egyptian hieroglyph symbol Akhet as the "horizon". In this article, the author attempts to demonstrate that the hieroglyph symbol Akhet stands for "solar eclipse" and not "horizon". He also puts forth the idea that the ancient Egyptians believed that the solar eclipse was the heavenly abode of the Sun. The author goes on to show that Karnak may have been a representation on Earth of the Sun's heavenly habitation, the solar eclipse, and that the pylons of Egyptian temples were gigantic representations of the sign Akhet. After demonstrating the ancient Egyptian conceptions of sunrise and sunset, the article then attempts to interpret the name of the Great Pyramid as the 'Eclipse of Khufu', Akhetaten as the 'Eclipse of Aten', and that the name of the mighty Giza Sphinx means 'Hor in the Eclipse'.

The article presents some revolutionary new concepts that result from this innovative interpretation of the hieroglyph Akhet.

INTRODUCTION

For many decades, astronomers and Egyptologists have searched hard for ancient Egyptian eclipse records without any real success. More amazingly, no single hieroglyph for eclipse has ever been determined in the Egyptian texts. I am honored to be the first astronomer to decipher the way the ancient Egyptians described solar eclipses (Aymen Ibrahem, Obelisks and Eclipses in Ancient Egypt, The Power Stations of Queen Hatshepsut, Eclipse archives, 2000) to arrive at a method of extracting and dating certain ancient Egyptian solar eclipses (Aymen Ibrahem, The Hymn to Aten Describes a Total Solar Eclipse, 2000).

In this study I am so pleased to accomplish another prodigious labor, the discovery of what I believe to be the Egyptian hieroglyph for 'eclipse'. Through scores of ancient Egyptian astronomical texts, I have found that a strange term occurred frequently, especially in hymns to the Sun and the dedication texts of the monuments and temples. The term was "the horizon of heaven". The ancient Egyptians referred to solar eclipses as the rising and setting of the Sun in the sky. A text on the base of the standing of obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut (1479-1458 BC) at Karnak has served as the 'Rosetta Stone of the Egyptian chronology' when it helped me to decide definitely that Year 9 of King Amenhotep I was 1517 BC.

In this study I will present a new definition for the Egyptian hieroglyph symbol AKHET. This discovery came as a great surprise during the course of attempting to date eclipses from ancient Egyptian records. As the implications of this interpretation, ideas exploded like an H-bomb! No, it is as explosive as a massive volcano!

THE SKY GATE
So, if the symbol akhet does not mean horizon, how did the ancient Egyptian astronomers refer to the horizon?

The ancient Egyptian cosmologists had two parallel theories to explain sunrise and sunset, and where does the Sun go in the night (16). Both theories remained effective throughout Pharoanic Egypt (17).

One theory states that: Through the night, the Sun moves in its 'night bark' in the Netherworld. When the morning comes, it appears in the 'morning boat' (18).

The other theory states that: The Goddess Nut (the sky) swallows the Sun at sunset. The Sun moves through the body of Nut in the night. Nut expels the Sun back again in the morning (20). (The Goddess Nut was depicted as a lady whose body is stretching across the sky like a great bridge, its hands lie in the western horizon, and its legs in the eastern horizon (21).)

We should also note that, the setting of the Sun only takes a few minutes. Similarly, the morning Sun passes the eastern horizon quickly. The ancient Egyptians must have interpreted this as the Sun being swallowed (sunset) and expelled (sunrise) by Nut. Contrarily, the setting and rising of the Sun in the sky, the total solar eclipse, takes a much longer time. This must have inspired the ancient Egyptians belief that the solar god Hor (the hawk) is dwelling in the akhet (eclipse).

It has been a puzzle that the ancient Egyptians seemed to have developed two different theories to explain sunrise and sunset, and both remained effective. Now we know they only used one way to describe sunrise and sunset. The other refers to the most formidable phenomenon that a Sun cultist may experience, the total solar eclipse. This urges a whole new revision of the Pyramid Texts, Coffin Texts, and Book of the Dead.

Yes, even NASA has a page about Indigenous Culture. However.....

NASA says Ancient Egyptians did not know about eclipses because there is no proof due to the burning of the Library at Alexandria: "At least outwardly, there are no surviving inscriptions or documents to indicate that Eqyptian knowledge of astronomy was more than tomb decoration, and not protected over the ages as a body of knowledge. Numerous temple and pyramid alignments and several papyrus codices suggest a sophisticated knowledge of trigonometry and algebra; no similar astronomy documents survive, or records of astrological observations."

Total solar eclipses in Ancient Egypt – a new interpretation of some New Kingdom texts.

Despite the fact that the sun played such a prominent part in the religion and culture of Ancient Egypt it is surprising that there is virtually no mention of solar eclipses, which would not have been understood and so would have been terrifying.

This paper discusses a class of inscriptions appearing on a number of artefacts from Deir el-Medina or nearby and also material from the Book of the Dead. In the past the inscriptions have traditionally been interpreted by researchers as referring to blindness, often of only a temporary nature, or of spiritual darkness and their co-incidence with the occurrence of Book of the Dead Spell 135 has not hitherto been noticed.

Faulkner translatd Spell 135 as dispelling “bleariness of eye (of Re) with his fiery breath” – possibly a reference to the flash of the corona and the phenomenon of “Bailey’s Beads”, flashes of light occurring at the precise moment of a total eclipse. He also translated the spell as being intended for use on the first day of the month. This may be interpreted as the first day of the lunar month, since there seems no physical or logical reason why there should have been considered a special relationship between the lunar cycle and the Ancient Egyptian calendar at this time. Hornung suggested that the “eclipse” may be a new moon passing in front of the sun, although it is not clear why he ruled out a genuine solar eclipse. Stars are visible during very deep eclipses and the number seen (or remembered) would have depended when during the eclipse their presence was noted, possibly explaining the variation in numbers in the vignettes between the tombs.

Tchiya says: In other words, so far, it looks like some Egyptologist believe there were no eclipses in Ancient Kemet (?) because there is no record of them. Now Egyptologists are looking to see if the inscriptions were mis-interpreted. Spell 135 appears on many tombs, and also on tombs of those that witnessed an eclipse. Possible references to blindness, as in the temporary blindness of Ra? Also mentions the fact that they tried to correlate eclipses in history with the dates on the tombs and stelae with inscriptions that refer to blindness, darkness during day, etc and only found two matches....

Solar Eclipses in the Ancient Nile Valley

A full discussion of the presumed knowledge of solar eclipses by the ancient Egyptians is beyond the scope of these brief comments. However, it is pertinent to note that Greek writers, without exception, gave priority to Egypt in astronomical knowledge. Still, there has not yet come to light an Egyptian document specifically mentioning solar eclipses. However, that the Egyptians possessed accurate knowledge of eclipses is evident from external sources.

Diodorus Siculus (200 A.D.), stated categorically that the ancient Egyptian astronomers possessed the ability to predict solar eclipses. Plutarch related that the ancient Egyptians explained solar eclipses by the passage of the Moon between the Sun and the earth in daylight hours. There is evidence, admittedly disputed by some writers, that an actual solar eclipse was reported in Egypt in the 9th century B.C. and again in 610 B.C.

The report of this latter eclipse has been attributed to Thales, though others, e.g., Herodotus, claim that Thales actually predicted an eclipse in 584 B.C. Thales, Greece's first "philosopher", was actually of Phoenician birth and spent seven years studying in Egypt. Greek commentators attribute Thale's mathematical and astronomical knowledge to this apprenticeship in Egypt.

The golden age of Greek science commences with the Ptolemaic dynasty (330 B.C.) in Egypt, the building of Alexandria, and the founding of the city's Library. The major Greek astronomers studied there. Moreover, several of the Alexandrian astronomers considered Greek were actually Egyptians who had adopted or been given Greek names. One such person was Ptolemy (150 A.D.), author of the Almagest, the most important astronomical text until the Middle Ages, whose knowledge of solar eclipses is well-documented.

Clement of Alexandria (2nd century A.D.), author of Stromateis described 49 books of Thoth preserved by the priests of ancient Egypt, at least four of them treating astronomical subjects. One book dealt with the "constitution of the Sun and Moon" and another "the conjunctions and variations of the light of the Sun and Moon." That the ancient astronomer-priests of Egypt could and did predict eclipses was considered axiomatic. Information detailing Egyptian priesthood repeatedly confirm the remarkable ability of that priesthood to predict solar eclipses.

Khepri - Total Solar Eclipse Scarab God

Some years ago, as a direct result of my ongoing extensive research into the profound influence of eclipses, especially total solar eclipses, on ancient humanity's religious beliefs and "mythology" it occurred to me that the Egyptian scarab beetle god Khepri was almost certainly inspired by ancient Egyptian observations of total solar eclipses. Upon seeing the image of Khepri from an Egyptian 'Book of the Dead' that I used in these animations my intuitive hunch was considerably reinforced. The Egyptian scarab beetle god Khepri, as it is depicted in this image with the ray-like wings, distinctly resembles scientific drawings of total solar eclipses made by 19th century astronomers. Further research into the behavior of scarab beetles (aka dung beetles) and English translations of ancient Egyptian religious texts such as the Pyramid texts, the Coffin texts, and the Egyptian 'Book of the Dead' which the Egyptians actually called 'Coming Forth By Day' has convinced me that the scarab beetle god Khepri was in fact inspired by total solar eclipse phenomena and that Khepri represents the "black sun" that is formed by the new moon as it is seen during the total phase of a total solar eclipse (i.e. totality) when the darkened new moon seems to be endowed with the radiant white "wings" of the sun's corona.

"Speculation for this lack of documentation has ranged from an eclipse being such an upset to the goddess Maat’s order that it was unmentionable, to the relative rarity of eclipses as the reason for their absence in Kemetic/People of the Black Lands records. One possible answer for the lack of historical records is that the Kem People recorded much of their documents on papyrus, which actually kept well in the desert areas.

Certainly, they had words for eclipse: tnw, and nshn, with variations such as: iaH nshn - Lunar Eclipse, and nshni-wr - Great Eclipse. nshn is written with a Set-like character for its determinative . This same word also means Storm, Terror, Rage, and Disaster. As another example there is the phrase "a m tA pt pA itn"-"The sky swallows the Sun Disk". There are also references to eclipses that can be found in spells, such as a "Let not the sun-disk grow dark....let not the sky swallow the moon". Concerning the influence of a lunar eclipse, a high priest Osorkon said, "Though the sky had not swallowed the Moon, there was a great turmoil in the country.", an indication that a lunar eclipse was believed to have disruptive effects.

According to this author there were plenty of eclipses, so not sure what NASA is talking about.....

As discovered by Andis Kaulins, the Pharaohs may have put some of their memorial temples on the paths of solar eclipses, and eclipses surely played a role in chronology. Please note that "absolute dates" means "in terms of eclipses". The dates of the eclipses are clear. Still, the assignment of events to them is in the pioneer stage of development and will surely need substantial correction and revision in the future.

A View on Buddhism Tibetan Calendar

During a (partial) solar eclipse the effects of positive and negative actions are multiplied by 10,000 according to the Khandro site, 100 million times according to Lama Zopa Rinpoche. During (partial) lunar eclipse, the factor is 7 million according to Lama Zopa Rinpoche, practices like taking the Eight Mahayana Precepts are thus strongly advised.

In Vajrayana Buddhism it’s believed that during a solar eclipse the effects of positive and negative actions are multiplied by 10,000. So in general they’re considered auspicious days to practice on. This eclipse takes place on the 30th day of the third Tibetan month, the next day begins Saga Dewa, the holy month containing the birth, Enlightenment, and death of Shakyamuni Buddha. (I have some issue with the concept of multiplier days, but I still practice with them.)

Eclipses are linked with other eclipses in different ways. Eclipses occur when the Moon is conjunct a Node; South Node is a solar eclipse, and North Node is a lunar eclipse. While the Moon is at the same plane as the nodes it can have multiple eclipses, the most common is a lunar eclipse 14-15 days before and/or after a solar eclipse. We have just such a link this year, a lunar eclipse falls 15 days after this solar eclipse on June 4.

This is the 15th day of Saga Dawa, known as Saga Dawa Düchen, the day celebrating the Enlightenment and death of the historical Buddha. That holiday is another multiplier day, as is the lunar eclipse. (But, like a well balanced role-playing game these multiplication modifiers don’t stack) So this eclipse is part of a bigger system.

On top of this the Sun and Moon will be conjunct Alcyone during the eclipse, Alcyone being the central star of the Pleiades. The only thing that could make this eclipse better in my system was if Pluto was aspected somehow, but alas he is not.

So what does all this mean? It means I’ll be locked in my temple pretty much all day. The eclipse doesn’t start locally (EST) until 16:56, is full at 19:53, and ends at 22:49 but even still there will be preparation to do. I have stacks of pendants and talismans that I’ve been waiting to complete (and some I have to finish physically making) so there will be a lot of time spent on that. I’ll probably complete them properly during the lunar eclipse to tie them into both. I have materia to transform, magickal items to make, bless, and charge. I have a Cosmos to love.

The Solar Eclipse on May 20-21, 2012 is at 0°20′ Gemini on the fixed star Alcyone in the notorious Pleiades. This star cluster is also known as the “Seven Sisters” and is located on the shoulder of constellation Taurus the Bull. The Pleiades are the source of great magic and wisdom, but they also have a quite unwarranted, evil, wanton and turbulent reputation. This is probably because the Pleiades were said to bring floods. On the positive side the Pleiades were also associated with fertile crops and green meadows since they were “Rainy Stars”. The Pleiades constellation has sometimes been associated with tears and sorrow, but the seven sisters also liked their wine and ecstacy. Alcyone’s themes fit well with other aspects of this important eclipse as you will see.

The closest aspect to the moon is a square from Neptune. We know Neptune’s waters can be holy uplifting water or vile septic poison depending on the intention and vibration of the individual. Neptune is on Archangel star Fomalhaut, which can also go either way, sinner or saint. With Neptune Fomalhaut is “Sharp, shrewd, self-seeking, analytical, detective ability, many secret enemies, connected with secret affairs or government work.” This Neptune is squaring the eclipse Nodes and it is also most fitting that this solar eclipse is conjunct Egeria, Roman goddess of the healing spring, sacred wisdom and childbirth.

Solar Eclipse May 2012 Horoscope

There is certainly a watery theme then. This eclipse contains the potential of deep cleansing hydrotherapy of the soul or for those stubborn demonic stains comes complete with added hydroblast water jet! I say this because of the amount of potent stars and a super-conjunction that are adding juice to this eclipse. We have a tight Venus trine Saturn which I think is beautifully healing and powerful for lovers to affirm their commitment to one another no matter how treacherous the icky Neptunian sea gets.

Another element of this Venusian water jet is a Mercury/Jupiter/Sedna super-conjunction and they are all on Capulus, in the exorcising arm of Perseus the gorgon slayer. Jupiter is within orb of Medusa - Algol itself. If Sedna is the Goddess of the sea and Jupiter is large, then are we in danger of an epic flood? It may just be that this is symbolic flooding, perhaps a mass release of emotion and tears which serves as a collective cleansing. Sometimes sorrow is necessary to break open heart-chakras that have hardened and petrified themselves. A broken heart is at least is an open empathic heart and this may be the great gift the Pleiades have for us.

Solar Eclipse Astrological Meaning

The Neptunian theme of deception and occult buried wisdom is interesting in combination with the cleansing water V liquid poison elements. This solar eclipse is also about sorrow, tears, broken hearts, open hearts, empathy, compassion and eventual redemption. There could be a collective tragedy, maybe a flood, which galvanises charities and politicians around the world to do something large scale. This mass empathy could be enough to melt those hearts that have been encased in ice for too long.

The concept of Neptune moving into Pisces has been one that I have heard mentioned by various occult commentators and of course tropical astrologers. Although we are Darkstar prefer to follow the movements of the planets against the sidereal fixed stars, I can definitely see tropical themes being reflected in my own work despite using a slightly different system. Neptune on Fomalhaut and this eclipse in the weeping Pleiades definitely shows humanity in some sort of healing crisis while the energy is shifting all around us. As Neptune moves on through the mystical stars of sidereal Aquarius and Pegasus we should see some interesting marriages between science and spirituality. So the planet of mystic awareness, Neptune, moving through the most magical part of space must mean something for the collective. I think this eclipse with its very psychic Moon square Neptune must foretell something of what we can expect.

Get ready for Shift Time! The cosmic energy is creating some major energy portals now until the end of June. We've been enjoying the grounded comforts provided by a Grand Trine in Earth signs this spring (Pluto in Capricorn, Jupiter in Taurus, and Mars in Virgo) getting things accomplished on our material-world list. But that restful time is history. All things Gemini are going to see a major emphasis. On Sunday, May 20th (9:15 AM MDT) the Sun is shifting to Gemini followed by the Moon's movement into Gemini just hours later; then the Sun and Moon conjunct for New Moon and minutes later we have the annular solar eclipse visible in South Asia, the Pacific, and North America (No. Calif. towards New Mexico and panhandle Texas is the center path). This is the first eclipse visible in the USA in 18 years/ten years until the next one. Two weeks later we have the paired Lunar Eclipse in Gemini/Sagittarius (June 4) and the next day the Transit of Venus in Gemini. Yes that is what I said, Life is Eternal. I do not think the world is going to end. I feel that Life is going through, or taking us all through, an intense period of transformation, as well as time compression towards zero infinity, I mean eternity, but it is not going to end. Since I blogged last, and it has been awhile, much of my world has come to an end, but my life has not ended. The world that I knew is no longer. No regrets either. Sure, when I am in a sentimental mood, I might miss a few things or people, or even my cat, Tiger. But, even his Life has not ended. His Spirit lives on in my garden as well as in my mind and my heart.....

This time last year, I was busy telling people about the Mayan Calendar, something that I have enjoyed doing for years, like two decades! Whew! However, there was just one little problem with my investigations: I was really coming up with only one source of information. No matter where I looked, only one person was being quoted. I tried not to think about it too much, but it reminds me a lot about what we know about the man they called Jesus Christ and the religion that bears his name: most of the info we have comes from one source: The Christian World.

If you have been following my journey for a while now, you will recall how much I had developed a dislike for the Dreamspell Calendar. May Jose Arguelles rest in peace. In fact, the same day of his passing, March 23, 2011, is the day that my favorite source of info about the Mayan Calendar, mayan-calendar-code.com, sent out announcements that they had come across info that had caused them to have a change of heart about all of their work with the Mayan Calendar. In other words, they were having the same feelings that I was having about their teacher and friends' work, Carl Calleman. First of all, they learned that the Mayan Calendar information that we are familiar with is actually taken from Aztec interpretations, translated by Europans. They put out a questionnaire, which is now unavailable, that brought up some good points, especially about the names and meanings of the glyphs being Aztec, not Mayan. Also, just as I mentioned on my Mayan page, that the numerical system, as well as the calendar system is really OLMEC.

They also mentioned that Calleman and Lungold just chose the last 9 underworlds because the pyramids have 9 levels, that they made up the entire thing about the evolution of life on this planet. There are plenty more than 9 underworlds according to the Ancient Maya, who got their calendar wisdom from the Olmecs. Of course, the Mayan calendar does not even end, it just starts over, like a re-boot. How did they come up with the dates for Dec. 21 2012 and Oct 28 2011? The 2012 date is a physical thing as well as spiritual: our plane of the solar system is going to line up with the Milky Way Plane. I feel that there ARE going to be lots of earth changes and light changes. It is already happening. The Oct. 28 date? I read that the people that tried to destroy all traces of this culture hundreds of years ago, wrote down the Mayan date that corresponded to what ever date it was that they were there getting ready to kill lots of innocent people, and that is how the calendars were connected. How long am I going to continue to get my information from the very sources that want to destroy us????

At this point during the time of Spring Equinox, after Arguelles had passed away, that I realized/decided that the best way to observe the OLMEC calendar was the ONLY way: do it myself. do my own research. I am so tired of learning about African, Kemetic, Indigenous, Moor Turtle Island culture and calendars from Eurocentric White males that have their own agenda, or else they are being financed by someone else with an agenda. No offense, only the truth! If this is the time for us to co-create our reality, then I do not need their help or their plans. I began to see lots of missionary style preaching coming from Calleman's Camp and so, I left....same way I stopped working with Dreamspell. I am leaving out lots of details. if you want them, just drop me a line. I will probably write more and post more as time wears itself out. I made the decision to move to eternity a lifetime ago. I have had a place there for awhile now, but still had lots of stuff in storage, like the Mayan Calendar. Do not get me wrong, I still feel and know that the Olmec/Mayan calendar is one of the most amazing treasures from ancient times. I just am no longer buying what the academic world or the New Agers are writing about because they are mostly making lots of money from indigenous culture, AGAIN.

I feel that the wisest thing we can do is to give thanks and praises as the changes come our way. Resistance is futile when you are talking about a tsunami. On the other hand, while we still can, we should do whatever we can to resist the rising of the so-called New World Order. We can resist this force by the power of the Order of Maat. OCCUPY YOUR OWN MIND BY STAYING POSITIVE AND REMAINING AWARE THAT YOU ARE CONSCIOUS. OCCUPY YOUR OWN BODY BY EATING WELL AND TAKING GOOD CARE. To be alive to witness the fall of such a corrupt regime is such an honor, no matter how inconvenient it might be. Quickening? Time Compression? Oh yes, this is real! Calleman predicts at the beginning of the Seventh Day, November 2010, the Collapse of hierarchies & Balancing of the world. As you can see, he's predicting a very tight time schedule and cautions us that knowing the right end date can put us ahead of the curve in surfing the "waves of creation". In order to illustrate this let’s look at the evolution of life and consciousness during the course of the National Underworld, what’s known as the historical period, from 3115 BCE to the present, which culminates in 2011 in what the Maya called “the end of (linear) time.” This doesn’t imply the “end of the world” as doomsayers and many religious fundamentalists maintain, but rather the end of 5,000 years of egoic domination: materialism, separatism, and hierarchy, along with the progressive disconnectedness these have produced.
According to Calleman, the purpose of the National Underworld was the evolution of civilized consciousness. It began with the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt and culminated in the organized nations of today. This was a dualistic Underworld in which the Light favored the left-brain hemisphere, the masculine mode of consciousness, and the West. It gave rise to written language, major constructions, patriarchal religions, science and fine art. It began during the Seventh Day of the prior Regional Underworld wherein the fundamental tone of the National Underworld was established—male domination and war. This was when the goddess/nature-based cultures of the Regional Underworld came under the domination of the male gods of war.
During Day Seven of the National Underworld the unitary Planetary Underworld began, with the primary purpose of evolving global consciousness. It was initiated by the Industrial Revolution and ushered in materialism, industrialism, communication technology, democracies, republics, and the idea of globalism. During the Seventh Day of this Underworld communication technology reached great heights with the creation of the World-Wide Web, personal computers, international satellite communication and international trade. Also during the Seventh Day of the Planetary Underworld the seeds of the dualistic Galactic Underworld were sown, with the evolutionary aims of transcending the material frame of life and consciousness, and also the balancing of the dualities established during the National Underworld—between East and West, the left- and right-hemispheres of the brain, spirituality and materialism, and men and women. Thus, we must neutralize the imbalance that was established during over 5,000 years of the National Underworld—the dominance of the West, left-brain hemisphere, materialism, and male domination— in less than 5,000 days in the Galactic Underworld. It’s no wonder that this is a time of great stress and conflict. The old order resists and fights the evolutionary thrust of the Divine, yet its efforts will be futile.
Thus, during Day Seven of the Galactic Underworld we’re likely to see very significant signs of balance between East and West, as well as a more balanced consciousness. The balancing of the left- and right-hemispheres of the brain will also lead to gender equality and, also, the rise of spiritual awareness that will transcend duality, as well as the opening of psychic capabilities such as telepathy that will come to supplant materialistic technology.
The final or Universal Underworld begins during Day Seven of the Galactic Underworld, the evolutionary aim of which is the manifestation of cosmic consciousness. The transcendence of ego separateness, time, hierarchy and all these represent occurs. By the Seventh Day of this Underworld, that is only 260 days long, we arrive at the promise of the Mayan Calendar: adual cosmic consciousness, Self-realization, and co-creation with the Divine.

Why do some folks say the Mayan Calendar will end on December 21, 2012, when others say it will end on October 28, 2011?


From my humble understanding, there are several different views about the end date of the Mayan Calendar, and each camp is certain that their theory is correct. One theory is that the Mayan Calendar Count is a Galactic Calendar, and therefore, the end date corresponds with the Galactic Alignment, a 26,000 year cycle, that is scheduled to occur during the Winter Solstice of 2012. This celestial event coincides with the Turning of the Ages, as well as the Return of Neb-Heru or Nibiru. This is the Dreamspell fantasy. The Mayan Calendar is a count, not a celestial calendar of any kind. This has been confirmed by many Mayan Elders.

A second theory states that the Mayan Calendar Count tracks history from August 11, 3114BC to 2012AD.

The third theory, by Johann Calleman, is that the Mayan Calendar Count tracks the evolution of consciousness from back to beginning of life as we know it on Planet Earth, 16.4 billion years ago. “Quantum Evolution of the Cosmic Tree of Life”.This theory states that the calendar will end on a 13 Ahau day of the Tzolkin, October 28, 2011. The synthesis of the 3 calendars into 1 forming a unity as whole being stronger than it's separate parts rings a chord of truth, yet if the peoples who brought this cosmic energy to Earth in the first place saw these calendars as being individual functions, why do we need to combine them? The question I have is why follow a dream-spell rather than the Tzolkin day count which the Mayan elders use today? Jose's dreamspell glyphs of the day do not correspond with the Tzolkin glyph for the day as experienced by the Mayan lineage. To build a new paradigm of time, I agree, we must not get distracted from our heart and mind as one, but spelling a dream overlay to an existing galactic time matrix, held in space and time by the Mayan lineage distracts one from the ancient knowledge into a new age dream cast by Jose. Now, I must credit Jose for sowing the Tzolkin seed throughout the world, his work turned me on to the Tzolkin and it's mysterious synchronic order. I feel that much of Jose's work is substantial, like the oracle, the 13 moons, the 7 plasmas (7days in a week correspond to chakras), castle seasons, wavespells. I think if we continue to synthesize what resonates as truth we will develop our own inner concept of this sacred time science. I feel it is most important to attune with the day count or true count, held in place since the beginning of Maya and possibly see Arguelles count as an evolutionary potential. One thing that I have noticed is, and this was brought to my attention from within, during a communication with Butler, that the second theory states that the calendar count is 5,125 years long, which corresponds to the Venus cycle of 5200 years. This also is the exact same length as the National Cycle, the 7th Underworld!!! Which also began in 3114BC.....

Soooooo, the mainstream has finally accepted the truth about the Zodiac of contemporary Western Astrology. Of course, some of us have known about this for decades. Others, for centuries. or even longer! If you have been following this website or getting emails, this is nothing new to you. There is really nothing new under the sun anyway! The chart above was generated a few years ago from earlier data. I think that the MInnesota astronomers have calculations that differ from this by one day in some cases. Or, it has also been stated that the difference lies in the cusp dates....

That makes sense, since time moves forward one day every 70 years or so due to the precession of the Equinox. Some of them want to ignore Ophichus altogether. The attitude seems to be, "Well yes, this is the truth, but the system we have been using for centuries still works. Why change it now?" This statement could be describing many false institutions, like slavery for instance!

When I first figured out that something was amiss, it was back in 1997 or was it '98, the year of that amazing planetary alignment. I was so angry, so disullusioned. There was so much deception and conspiracy theories being uncovered before my eyes, and way too much patriarchy, especilly in the Reggae and Rastafarian scene, of which I was very much involved with at that time. I would go out to look at the stars, and saw that the Moon was in Gemini. When I looked at the ephemeris, it said somehting different. I observed this phenomenon far too often. By the time the alignment hit, I had had enough. On top of that, the Hebrew calendar, which was supposedly a Lunar calendar, turned out to be an Equinoctal calendar, so that the Holy Days would always fall during the 'right " time of the year. This meant that some years had 13 moons, but some had 12 or even 14. Remember the year that Easter came one month before Passover? That kinda thing. Anyway, once I saw these discrepancies, and this was before google, so not many folks around me were aware of this, I went into the bathroom and cut off my dreads. That's right, I was DONE with the movement, because all I saw were lies and oppression. So, yes, this is my second set of locks....

Notice how the signs are not evenly spaced. This has to do with the actual size of the constellation, not from simly dividng the orbit oif the earth around the Sun into 12 equal segments. Scorpio is only 7 days long. Virgo is 45 days long.

Every Indigenous calendar that I am aware of has 13 months, or 13 moons. Only the Western system ignores this fact. If there are 13 moons on a year, then there must be 13 suns in a year.

Yeah, so, what does this mean? If you listen to astrologers, they will tell you that this doesn't make a difference, that Babylon astrology works. Well of course it works, because people believe it to be true. How can something that works, but based on a lie be valid? Well, because so many people believe it, we make it true. As I have stated many times before, I would rather have a system that is based on the truth. Those that want to protect the status quo will tell you that it doesn't matter. People that actually observe the stars will tell you different. In the distant past, there was no seperation between astrology and astronomy. When the "authorities" stepped in, they wanted to control the masses, so they set up an artificial system of keeping time. Babylonian. or Western astrology is based upon the orbit of the earth around the Sun. This orbit was divided into 12 equal sections that were each named after a constellation, but in reality, have nothing at all to do with the stars. isn't it funny how they insist on calling it astrology, which means study of the stars???? It needs to be referred to as Solarology, or Sology because it deals with the movement around the Sun, which is Our star, not the stars of the celestial realm. The Sidereal System, which is based upon the motionof the Sun and planets across the constellations, is the true Zodiac. It is also a galactic based system. If you recall, we have been in the galactic underworld for many years now. The awareness of this zodiac sign, Ophiuchus, comes right near the beginning of the final underworld, the Universal Underworld, as if to have a last hurrah before our beloved Milky Way Galaxy fades from the limelight...

My position on this during the past 20 years that I have been studying this topic, has ranged from

1) All astrology as we know it is a lie. We must start over and learn this new system, once it is established and developed that is. Once, I thought I was a mighty warrior lioness, and now I am a crab: stay at home type of person.

2) How can the Babylonian astrology system work if it is based on a lie? Why does it still apply?

Now, I am somewhere more in the middle of two extremes:

3) The Babylonian syatem applies to how we move about the face of the earth. it describes us during our youth. The True system applies to our destiny and our purpose. It describes who we are to become, and who we are as we mature.... So you see, it is not about just being one energy and not the other. It is about evolution.

As Ophiuchus is symbolized by a human grappling with a snake while stamping on the back of scorpion, it can be said that the awareness of Ophiuchus symbolizes a time when humanity gets a grip on sublimating the lower nature, or even ego, symbolized by the scorpion, or Scorpio. The awareness of Ophiuchus by the masses symbolizes our awareness of the truth. It symboiizes the evolution of our consciousness, which is what this period of life on Earth is all about....Time is an illusion, but timing is everything! LOL!!!

During the Galactic Underworld, each unit of time, a day or night, was 360 days long. In the underworld before that, the Planetary Underworld, each day and each night was around 20 years. During the National Underworld, each unit of time was around 400 years. This time compression is also an explanation for the generation gap. 2011 will blow all of this out of the water! Every 20 days, we will experience something totally different.

 

We are not only evolving towards Universal Oneness and Supreme Unity, the end of Duality and Time as we know it; during 2011, ALL OF THE OTHER UNDERWORLDS CONTINUE TO EVOLVE AND DEVELOP AND WILL ALL BE WINDING DOWN OCTOBER 28, 2011. Yes, the Mayan Calendar comes to an end on October 28, 2011. This is different from the December 12, 2012 date. Why? Read this blog entry for more detailed info: When does the Mayan Calendar End?

For now, the reason why there is a different date is because the Mayan calendar is a COUNT, It is not celestial, or even galactic. The Dreamspell Calendar tried to force the Mayan Count into a celestial calendar, with Lunar, Solar and Galactic cycles. Thus is not based on the true origin or nature of the Mayan calendar.

On December 21, 2012 a major celestial event is predicted to take place. It IS a galactic event. It DOES involve major earth changes, magnetic pole shifts, galactic alignment, Nibiru/Neb Heru, increased light. All of these things and more! However, this is not the result of the Mayan Calendar. Perhaps they are pointing to the same event in the realm of time and space. Another "man-made" event to watch for: 11:11:11. This is in between the two other dates.

 

I have been thinking alot about the Universal Underworld and what it means. The last day of the Galactic Underworld, which began on November 3rd, ushered in a movement towards balancing the masculine and feminine energies on the planet. An awakening of the Divine Feminine. I for one watched with amazement as these type of events unfolded before my eyes over and over. Or situations would present themselves to me where I did experience more growth and development towards balancing these energies in my life. I really have felt a shift in my life in this area. You might think that as one underworld begins, the previous one ends. NO, each underworld is still evolving, and will continue to do so until we reach ONENESS. Remember Bob's song? Africans Unite? NOW IS THE TIME. If we fail, we will no longer be needed by the Universe. We will not fit in with the plan. We all have more baggage to get rid of. We cannot end racism, tribalism, culturalism, sexism, addiction to the systemism, in one instant. But, we can evolve. That is all we can do really. Once the duality ceases, some people might not make it. This has also been stated by the Hopi, not everyone will make it. The Hopi say that now is the time to comfort the ones that are already awakened. If we are too attached to the Earthbound experience, it will be almost impossible to make the transition to the Light Body experience. This is what is REALLY happening: we are entering into a world of light: lightspeed, lightbodies, LIGHT!

Dawn of the Unity Wave by Carl Calleman

Each level of evolution, of Bolon Yokte Ku, the cosmic pyramid, is then developed through a series of thirteen time periods. These range from the hablatun (1.26 billion years) on the bottom level to the uaxaclahunkin of 18 days at the ninth level. This means a twenty times frequency increase and speed-up of time with every single step to a higher level. Soon, as of October 28, 2011, the energies of the nine waves are then all going to manifest fully. This final manifestation, I believe is what the ancient inscription refers to when it says that it will be witnessed how Bolon Yokte Ku will appear in his full regalia. The fruits of the nine waves will then appear in their fullness as these are simultaneously completed. This is no longer confusing if we accept that the ancient peoples of the world, including the Maya, would tend to personalize the cosmic forces describing them as “gods”, while, in the modern world, we would probably only describe this as nine energy waves." Calleman lists a different staring date for this underworld, but the same end date. He states that it will start on March 9, 2011. Others claim February 10, 2011.

"It is not clear yet what might be developed during the final underworld. What kind of evolution might build upon and go beyond the instant global communications and the world of cyberspace that we've been adjusting to for the last 12 years? Just like we couldn't imagine the details and implications of what the internet might have brought 12 years ago (e.g. twitter/myspace, or global financial markets), so it seems to be impossible for us to imagine the details of what the final underworld might bring. We could speculate that it might mean psychic functioning, but equally well it could be something much more unexpected. In any case, we don't have long to wait!

On a personal level, the importance of the Calleman Matrix is 'catching the wave' as it happens. If you catch the wave, you get the benefit of the evolution provided by that wave. On the other hand, maybe you are quite happy to be a tribal member, or a horse, or an amoeba. If so, no problem. But still, the wave provided by the underworld is there if you want to ride it, and very many of us are living right in the middle of it, feeling all of its effects."

 

And for that discrepancy regarding starting date of Universal Underworld:

"Calleman's published chart, and the above matrix, work on the basis that each heaven of the Universal underworld is 20 days long. But this breaks the divide-by-twenty rule, because the Galactic has 360 days for each heaven, which would make each Universal heaven 18 days long. Calleman touches on this point in his book, but he decides on 20 days. If he's wrong, it just means that the Universal starts on 8-Mar-2011, and all the heavens would be two days shorter. Hopefully it should be apparent which way it is going when the time comes."

FULL MOON/SPRING EQUINOX 2011 March 19-20, 2011

 

Springtime is an excellent time for SPRING CLEANING. There are mamy aspects of our lives that experience rebirth and renewal at times like these. We can go through the process with awareness, and have a pleasant expewreiewnce. Or, we can contiunue to hold on to things we no longer need, and experience the pain of the illusion of separation.

Here are a few timely smidgens from my fav star people. We feel the effects of the full moon for a few days before and after. Keep in mind the distinctions between the Babylon/Western Astrology System and the True also known as Sidereal, which means Star or Star Based Astrology System: One is man made: deals with how the earth moves around the sun; and the other is based on the actual motions of the Sun and Planets across the constellations. Which is also relative, but at least, it is what is. I am learning to Love What Is, which means not throwing out the Western System, and working with it in the light of truth.

Neptune will then go into Pisces, its home spiritual vibration, in early April--which is the mid-point of Night One--which will inspire a massive wave of Unity Consciousness. Meanwhile, Venus in Aquarius widely trines the Spring Equinox Moon in Libra and sextiles Mercury in Aries, so feminine receptivity and the gifts of the goddess will be very healing this spring. This season will not be easy, the chart makes this very clear, yet these feminine aspects remind us to take a sauna, kiss a baby, and/or eat chocolate when the going gets rough. Tlaltecuhtli: God or Goddess of Earth

She is thought to swallow the sun each evening. She is called by midwives when the difficult birth of an infant threatens the life of its mother. Let us call upon her as we give birth to a new paradigm, a new day, anew way of life, a new way of thinking. A new way of BEING that is non-dualistic.

On March 27, we shift into an 18 day period of getting used to all of these changes. We've already had a few major earth changes, so what else can happen??? LOL!! No siriusly, we must watch our reaction to everything that happens. My goal is to respond with gratitude, no matter what. Like Bob Marley said, "No matter what the crisis is, give Jah all your thanks and praises". We must fight the usual fear based reaction, and in turn, respond with calm braveness and courage to maintain a strong level of faith in the process of creation, evolution and transformation. When I call you in a state of despiar, please remind me to read ths blog entry. haHA! Whatever your rection is, make it a positive one! Do not add to the chaos.

"Hence, we should be aware that all people that are now at an adult age were born into a cosmic Yin/Yang polarity that did not favor enlightenment. Those of us that are choosing a path towards the enlightened field of the Universal Underworld should then realistically be ready for a roller coaster ride where we will not necessarily be amused by every turn. (Exempt from this may however certain children be that are born in recent times, who may enter the Universal Underworld more or less directly as their consciousness has not been under the influence of the Planetary Underworld). At the same time it should be pointed out that with every new pulse of light in the current Galactic Underworld a rebalanced consciousness favoring enlightenment will be strengthened. This is incidentally why it is important to celebrate the most significant shift points of this Underworld, such as the Oneness Celebration, Midlight Meditation, etc, with globally synchronized dikshas. Hence, it is in my view necessary to be aware both of the cosmic energy shifts that the Mayan calendar describes and to go through an individual process in phase with those same energies. The individual path could in addition to dikshas include a whole range of processes for emotional and mental cleansing that would fall under the heading of samskara shuddi, such as The Journey and The Work, to mention two that are currently popular."

"As we will then be endowed not only with a galactic but also with a non-dualist, universal frame of consciousness, these frames will also make it possible for us to see the events of the past from a different perspective. Being fully immersed in the present, without the dualist mind's need for maintaining continuity with the past, the Universal Underworld will allow for true forgiveness. From the perspective of the Universal Underworld, the former things will have passed away.

"By 2011 the dominance of the dualist mind will wither, and all the conflicts of humanity originating in lower levels of consciousness will be resolved. The advanced technologies developed by the dualist mind will find the place they were always meant to have, in service to humanity and the living cosmos, not as tools of domination. By then not only the old monarchic rule, but also democracy, will be a thing of the past (if everyone lives in unity and harmony with the Divine, why elect someone to rule them?). All hierarchies will have crumbled. With the end of duality, the dominance of one soul over any other will naturally come to an end, and so there will be no need for a government (which is like the ego of a nation) to steer people through conflicting interests. All human beings will, in a much deeper sense than at present, be recognized as having equal value - each as her or his own manifestation of the Divine. In the process of climbing to the universal level of consciousness, all limiting thoughts will disappear.
