I soaked this on a piece of cotton and put it on my daughters tooth cavity for three weeks. Took her back to the dentist and took more xrays. Her cavity was healed. I was amazed! He shares his formula for burns:

I gave them a formula to use that is based on comfrey. This is a paste made up of comfrey, wheat germ oil and honey. The paste was to be spread, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, over the entire burn area. They were instructed to watch the paste and if it had, in any areas, been absorbed into the flesh to add additional paste in these areas, not disturbing the condition below.

Sirius begins to Rise Again close to the end of July. When I lived in Texas, I would usually see her on my birthday! August 5. Since I have been living in California, in a Round valley, I usually do not see her until September. This Year, I viewed her for the first time on September 1! Sirius is known as Sothis, and in Kemet, She is called Sopdu. Associated with Goddess Aset, She is also called Sopdet, or Sept  Sopdet sounds alot like September, and so for me now, Septemeber/Sopdetember  is another Sirius Month!

The Next Offering of this certification training will be January 8-16, 2017 in Portland, JA. This will be a 5 day training instead of the usual three 8 hour days. This will allow for more hands on training, in an relaxing and peaceful environment, with ample time for questions and discussions. This will give us more time to learn about the myths and the archetypes, namely the Neteru, Orisha, and other Indigenous Cosmic Forces, that are associated with the planetary and celestial tones.. There are nine (9) required core courses and two electives including:

Spring is in the Air. Here at KemeTones©, that means it is time for SPRING CLEANING!!!

A thorough cleaning involves every area of your life: your space, your mind, your chakras, your body, your womb, your garden, even relationships. It is all about removing blocks and toxins, unwanted accumulation of energy. so that new things can grow. Eliminating things that no longer serve you.

Here are a few of my favorite Spring Cleaning activities:

Fasting and/or Liver Flush.

I prefer to do 5 days cleanses, with maybe one or two days of fasting with only water or only fresh juice. I used to do longer fasts, but as I have been a vegan for like 30 years now, 5 days is just perfect! I like to start 5 days before the New Moon, thereby starting a new cycle fresh. I tend to do this before every season change, like right before the Equinox is perfect.

This is the time for great Liver Flushes as well. The dandelions are just crying out to us to partake of their seasonal medicine: dandelion roots or leaves are an excellent addition to your spring detox program.

Some of the signs that your liver may be struggling are:
