I wanted to get this to you sooner, but there have been many obstacles and delays. This has become standard whenever there is something important to be done,  published or shared. Also, there was the issue of the Open Portal of Djehuty, i.e., MERCURY RETROGRADE! I have learned that it is best to wait,  to not force anything. Best to flow with NATURAL time instead of man-made time anyway. This portal closed on January 25, 2016. I was already to go, but, then….well, let’s see what the report has to say about all of this!

The alignment that occurred the moment that I gave birth to Lluvia Rosa Vela is unimaginable. This could explain her life vibration! Simply amazing ! Solid yet Expansive. Yes, that IS Via Rosa! LOL!!

If you have been thinking about an isue for awhile now, and still only thinking about it, time to change that habit, and become the person you were born to become, Time to evolve, time to allow the ascension of your own life to begin.  Use your creativity, your speech, to break down barriers to Maat.

The Portal has been opened for  over 2 days now, and I have yet to have any technical disasters or miscommunications. In fact, just the opposite is happening, and I feel great! From my experience, when I dive right into the opening, and welcome the changes, challenges and obstacles, seeing the gift in the adversity, these phases are a joy to experience. Now that I look forward to the openings instead of dreading the breakdowns, life is more pleasant during these times! LOL!!

My computers broke down weeks before Mercury Retrograde! I will be traveling and teaching during this opening, and this will represent the next phase of my vision for the  rest of my life, manifesting. The first step to living out my dream, is actually starting DURING a mercury retrograde. I am confident that I will handle any tech issues with grace and gratitude.

I have not gotten to the point where I plan my yearly activities around this event. But, it might be fun to try! This just sort of happened: I will be teaching KemeTones Level 1 Certification and Retreat in Jamaica! Starting with the New Moon on January 10 through January 17.

The opening and first official act of 2016 is to have both fast-talking Mercury and lucky Jupiter go retrograde in the same week. Considering Mercury is the planet that symbolically supervises everything that gets us from point A to B, like communication, commerce, and travel, his rascally ways affect us all. And that’s usually the problem with Mercury retrogrades. We put so much stock in moving our money, our thoughts, or ourselves from point A to B that we don’t appreciate the moment. Winter Solstice 2015 is tonight December 21 at around 10:48. pm cst.

 

This represents the longest night of the year, when the Sun appears to stop along its journey, stays in one spot for three days, then begins to ravel in the opposite direction. it is like a RESET button, a Grand and Majestic Alignment.

Tonight, on the Winter Solstice, we observe our version of Indigenous Chanukah, we start on the Winter Solstice. We honor those that came before us, those that left teachings and wisdom for us. We honor those that gave their lives so that we could be here today. We honor Indigenous Peoples from the 4 Directions. We study the teachings for 8 days and 8 nights. We re-align ourselves with our culture, and with Truth. GOOD SOLSTICE.

The Chicago Redemption February 2016

Getting closer to the Date of The Chicago Redemption February 16, 2016 is the date we must have the back taxes together and paid in full. Last time I checked, it was $12K. Who knows how much it is now with late fees.

How did it get so bad? One year after another, since I first inherited the building in November 2010, we trusted the wrong people, and this led to total of three years with no rent checks from one person or another. That is $25,200! Not to mention the legal fees it cost to get them out. And the clean up of all the trash and destruction they left behind. They still consumed utilities. In fact this year, one tenant, acted out of spite, and possibly ran the utility bill up to $15K. Another trick they use is to report us to the Building inspector at the same time, forcing us to make unnecessary repairs, and spend time and money going to court, rather than deal with the issues of the tenants that DO pay their rent on time. The Chicago Redemption.

In fact, we are going to start doing a lot of things ourselves instead of wasting time chasing down contractors that over share and fail to deliver.

Yes, it does sound like a horror story. Remember the movie Pacific Heights? I wish that I had seen this movie BEFORE my mother died….

“What we didn’t realize is that we were being tricked into becoming a consumer”

Which brings me to this post:
THE CHICAGO REDEMPTION.
As mentioned in an earlier posting made in August 2015, about the

One tenant in particular caused us not only grief and dollars (possibly $15K in utilities, plus 6 months no rent, plus eviction fees, totaling ugh, $21K, this does not include what it will cost to get the place cleaned up and ready to rent again, they left it roach infested!), this same tenant also traumatized other tenants in the building, and placed them in danger, by participating in illegal activities, continued destruction of property, and there were even gunshots fired from inside their apartment, leaving two wounded victims. I was never even notified.Yes, things have gotten bizarre.

Lluvia started the gofundme page to raise funds to go towards the taxes. I have tried to not allow this to take over my life, I am still pursuing my music, still traveling, practicing and teaching sound healing. Although, I have been without transportation now for 4 years. I was determined to not put my entire life into this property.

Obviously, in a perfect world, the tenants would have paid their rent, and we would not have fallen behind in the taxes. I would not be disputing the utilities charges. By now, we would have been working with professional, reputable property management and contractors, rather than the crooks that I hired, and there would be a successful screening/background check system in place. Alas, this is 2015, and we are talking about the Southside of Chicago, one of the most violent cities in the country. It is an unofficial war zone, called Chi-Raq.

Back when I was a young innocent, and ignorant young woman, college student at Oberlin, I had the opportunity to see the live performance of this Play. Now you can see the play in its entirety on youtube!

 

Day of Absence

The time is now. Play opens in unnamed Southern town of medium
population on a somnolent cracker morning — meaning no matter the early
temperature, it’s gonna get hot. The hamlet
is just beginning to rouse itself from
the sleepy lassitude of night.
Winner of the coveted Vernon Rice and Obie Awards. Coupled with HAPPY ENDING in its successful Off-Broadway production, this clever and enormously amusing satire is described by the author as “A Reverse Minstrel Show. “Here the all-black cast, made up in white face, recount the uproarious emergencies which occur when a Southern town is faced with the sudden and inexplicable disappearance of all its black citizens. “Laughter can be as effective as anger in telling white America what [Douglas Turner Ward] has on his mind.” —NY Times. “…a gust of fresh air among racial plays.” —Life Magazine.
THE STORY: DAY OF ABSENCE. A satire about an imaginary Southern town where all the black people have suddenly disappeared The only ones left are sick and lying in hospital beds, refusing to get well. Infants are crying because they are being tended to by strange parents. The Mayor pleads for the President, Governor, and the NAACP to send him “a jackpot of jigaboos.” On a nationwide radio network he calls on the blacks, wherever they are, to come back. He shows them the cloths with which they wash cars and the brushes with which they shine shoes as sentimental reminders of the goodies that await them. In the end the blacks begin to reappear, as mysteriously as they had vanished, and the white community, sobered by what has transpired, breathes a sigh of relief at the return of the rather uneasy status quo. What will happen next is left unsaid, but the suggestion is strong that things will never quite be the same again.

I want to suggest that we do the same thing with our dollars. When I was at Oberlin College, they were going to discontinue the Black Studies Program. I had the idea that if we jammed the computer system at the Library, they will reverse this action. So, we sent students to all of the library branches, and were each instructed to check out 20 books, then immediately return them . We crashed the system!  Later that evening, we held a candlelight vigil around the President’s Home. The next day, someone had made an anonymous donation to keep the position open. 

It worked once, it can work again!

The Last PoetsC

The Last Poets are heralded as the true godfathers of hip hop alongside Gil Scott-Heron. Their brand of politically charged poetry has inspired some of the biggest names in music including Marvin Gaye, Funkadelic, Curtis Mayfield and Quincy Jones, all the way through to hip hop giants such as Dead Prez, Common, Public Enemy and Kanye West. The three core members of The Last Poets – David Nelson, Gylan Kain and Abiodun Oyewole – came together in 1968. Several members rotated over the years, including founding member Felipe Luciano, Jalal Mansur Nuriddin, Umar Bin Hassan, Suliaman El-Hadi, and percussionist Nilaja Obabi. The group recorded groundbreaking albums such as The Last Poets in 1970, This Is Madness in 1971, and Chastisment in 1972. The latter fully introduced The Last Poets’ mix of jazz and poetry, doing away with the minimalist percussion of earlier albums.
The Last Poets enjoyed a huge resurgence in popularity from the early 1990s onwards, appearing alongside the Beastie Boys and A Tribe Called Quest on the 1994 Lollapolooza tour and collaborated with Common on the Kanye West produced track The Corner which was nominated at the Grammy Awards in 2006 for Best Rap Performance. The huge impact made by The Last Poets’ words and music is still strongly felt until today.

The Last Poets……

The Last Poets is the name for several groups of poets and musicians who arose to black nationalist movement. The name is taken from a poem by the South African revolutionary poet Keorapetse Kgositsile, who believed he was in the last era of poetry before guns would take over. The original users of that name were the trio of Felipe Luciano, Gylan Kain, and David Nelson.

 

 

 

I actually had to overcome many obstacles in order to get there. I had to leave the pyramid at home, as I would be on public transportation most of the way. Nevertheless, my dear Sistah Friend Sabryyah, also the organizer of the event. was able to scoop me up from the bus depot in Petaluma! I felt that it was very important for me to be there.

1) My dad was a big fan of the Last Poets. I vividly recall seeing the album, always at the top of the stack. I still have my dad’s original album!

2) After listening to the interview on REBEL BLUES RADIO with Sistah Friend the night before on KWTF.NET, I KNEW that I had to be there, to give Umar a treatment. He described his injury, and I felt that I could offer relief

When I arrived, the workshop was almost over. I tried to be invisible, however, Abiodun spotted me. I did not know the assignment. I was confused, and thought it was the actual poetry reading, so, I recited a few lines from my poem.

 

Ah, my poem. I had had weeks to prepare something special. #BlackLIvesMatter, Rape, the Environment, so many topics to illuminate. And yet, on the way to the event, while sitting on the bus, it came to me to write a poem that consisted of lines from my favorite original songs! 

I was terrified! I recited a few lines, then panicked and froze. LOL!! Everyone clapped. I said thank you. It was fun! Later I learned however, that the poetry reading was not for several hours. This meant, I would get a second chance!

I went to my table, and began offering free demonstrations and cds for purchase. I met so many wonderful people! There was even a woman that knew me from social media and she was already on my email list. There were several folks that recognized me, and this was so encouraging! Even the guy at the gas station on the ride home recognized me! LOL!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT WAS THERE!

Next was the actual poetry reading.  As it turns out, all the topics that I had considered were all covered. I just went up there and did my thing. I forgot to take off my pinhole glasses, so I looked extra cool. I am waiting for the video clips, and will share as soon as they are available. In the meantime, here is the Poem that I recited.

I’ve got to Be My OWN Institution
Institutions from the Days of Yore Have failed Me.
Oh What a Tragedy it is, I still look outside myself
to find Someone who really loves me for ALL I AM.
When I KNOW the Search for the One I Love Begins Within.

Instead, I Look to The One, The One Behind This Feeling
The One The One, The One that is The ALL>

Because, there is a Fountain of Love, Flowing Inside of me
Flowing with Jah Music, Keeps me Filled with Inspiration

Still this fucked up system, has never worked for us, never been about us, never benefited us.

When I look all around me, I can see, that we all live in conditions, that we have been conditioned to living in a police state. living in a military state.

I must remember  that we are the Children of Ra, the Children of Creation. Ra is the Source of Life, and we are His Children. No matter how people look, no matter where they come from. we are children of Ra and are loved equally. We must love one another equally, cuz we’re all family. We’re all Children of Ra, Children of Creation.

 

There is a science of love, science of love, real love, true love, science of love. to know love, you must first love yourself. to know love, you must first love yourself. before you can love another you must first know yourself. before you can love another, you must first love yourself.

Then of course, on the Thursday of this week, this corporation celebrates the slaughter of Indigenous Peoples, including the Wolf Clan of the Cherokee Nation, and Saponi Blackfeet in Mississippi, plus countless others. November 30, 2001, is the date my father, Edward Milton Hambric, Sr made his transition.

That is why this window opening, or portal opening is so very crucial for healing work.

We are in the Season known as the Days of the Dead. I know, you thought it only lasted a few days. It actually lasts from Mid-Fall to Mid-Winter. This is the time when the veil between the Realm f the Living and the Realm of the Dead is thinnest, and it is easier to connect with those on the Other Side.

I would say that this is a powerful week for healing family relations, past present, and also, planting seeds for harmonious relations in the future. The Planting and Purifying time of Aspolia is behind us. We have just left the Time of Maat for bringing our lives into balance, harmony, order. Purification of the Heart. Now it is time to purify our desires, and make them manifest out of service to the Divine, not the Ego. The Full Moon in Apis will enhance our prayers and energy work. This will also signify an opening into Our Divine Inheritance and  Our Natural State of Abundant Prosperity, if we are wise with Our Resources that is. For instance, joining in the efforts to boycott Black Friday and all Oppressive Holiday Shopping. Putting limits on our spending and setting boundaries around our eating habits, “sacrificing the pleasure” of the so called American Holidays, which really celebrate the slaughter of OUR way of life, to this very day!

 

This is a time to Honor our Ancestors by taking bold actions to establish our mental and financial freedoms. Making efforts to connect with our Ancestors, honoring them by not partaking in the celebration of their and our own destruction.  Establishing healthy Traditions and Boundaries for our culture so that we can pass on the wisdom of the Ancients to the Youth of Today and Future generations.

Onto the Celestial Event.

On October 31, every year, Ra moves into Maat, Ra Maat. Or, the Sun moves into Sidereal Libra. The sign of Sidereal Virgo, Aspolia, is 45 days long. It is a huge constellation. We have 45 days to put things in order, to plant seeds for the Fall Garden of Our Lives. And now, we have 3 weeks of balance, peace, and harmony. Here is one from October 31, when I had every INTENTION of getting this report to you…

The symmetry reflected in this chart for the first Day of Maat, 2015 is breathtaking. I even see a pyramid in the center of the chart. All of the Cosmic Forces are in balance and harmony. This is a very good sign for us living on the Earth. After that long intense purification from the time of Aspolia, Virgo, planting seeds of good intention and preparing for the Planting for the Fall Garden of our Lives. Now we can enjoy the time of nurturing our goals, plans and intentions. We can also “enjoy” the many battles and struggles we will inevitably face.

First thing I notice is the beautiful pyramid: Sesheta PiCot Mahi (Moon in Gemini), Ra Maat (Sun in LIbra) and NebtHet KuUrKu (Neptune in Aquarius). If you recall just last week, I was writing about the Dagger in the Heart of the Mother Lioness, about the Leo Conjunction of Venus, Mars and Jupiter? Well, this is totally opposite! Whoo Hoo!!! This Rising of October 31, I was again awakened by the stars! I went out to take a photo, this is what I saw….I really must get a better camera.IMG_2767

The first photo is the Moon and SIRIUS, in alignment with the Leo Conjunction. It made a straight line across the sky. The second photo is of the Leo Conjunction again, but this time, I SAW A FEATHER INSTEAD OF A DAGGER. It was incredible. It was a totally different energy! AND TIME! This was the moment when Ra moved into Maat (Libra) and the Moon was in Taurus according to NASA, Sesheta Apis, R U SIRIUS?

Yes, I AM! I am Sirius Enuff! The feelings and emotions that came up for me at that moment were, and still are hard to describe. The feeling was so overpowering, that I was not even able to process and write about until now. After the major cleansing that went on the previous week, with the Leo Conjunction, I felt that my heart had been purified, my heart was as light as a feather, years of trauma had been released, and I was filled with love and gratitude for all life, for every violation and adversity, because I had not been defeated. Slowed down a bit, ruffed up a bit, yet, still standing. AND, feeling empowered to take right action, confident that my words and actions are now in alignment, and no need to fear speaking my truth any longer. These are some of the feelings and thoughts, SAA, that flooded my consciousness in that moment. My camera (KaMerRa! Ha!!) does not do justice to the precious moment, Of course, it has rained every night since.

Sesheta is the Scribe, the Architect, The Divine Engineer that works with Sacred Geometry.  She is the Lady of Books, the Goddess of Astrology, Mathematics, the Sciences, etc. She is the female counterpart of Djehuty, and in fact, taught him the Medu Neter! She is my Office Manager, Accountant, and takes care of my legal documents, contracts, anything in writing.

Sesheta PiMahi Ra Maat. This is also the time known as the Time of the Ancestors, because the portal is opened until the Middle of Winter, around February 5. This signifies a great time for building greater communications with the Divine Self, and with the Ancestors. Now is the time for the right actions that will bring you closer into alignment with Maat, with the Divine Principles.

Sesheta PiMahi represnts the Cosmic Force that we need to BUILD and MAINTAIN the vibration of the pyramid in the astology13 chart above.  The Divine Power of LOVE that will keep all the forces in alignment. It is a CELESTIAL MERKABA, and our job is to recreate this here on Earth, in our lives. I don’t mean go out a build a pyramid! I am thinking more about what is called the MerKaBa. Love/Light Spirit Soul.

This is NOT a page abut Merkaba, there are many places onlinefor you to get acquainted. Try not to get distracted by who is presenting the teachings, and just see how to apply the teachings to your own life. You do not need to know the complicated techniques however, so I am not even going to list them. Just visualize two pyramids of light around your being. (they only use a 3 dimensional pyramid for some reason…) One goes above, and one goes below, into the Earth so to speak, for grounding. The one that points to the sky is [considered Masculine, and rotates to the right, clockwise, for manifesting. The one that goes into the Earth is considered to be Feminine, and she spins to the left, counterclockwise, the direction for removing blocks and toxins. Now visualize them spinning at same time,in opposite directions. Put up your Merkaba as a shield of love and light for protection.

The place of the Moon in Gemini is really crucial for this image because it gives form to this equilibrium with its presence. This is not happening by chance! The Moon is contributing to our daily psychology by changing position every day it causes many problems or it gives solutions in a quite impulsive way. One may not count on the Moon’s stability and reliability to build a new relationship or start a new job. But the Moon shows with its mobility that everything is changing in real life whether we want it or not! Now the Moon gives the initial boost to a new Libra – balance period in the middle of Autumn and this is a message to keep in our minds!

 

On November 11, will be the New Moon. Dua Sesheta. We will experience another Triple Conjunction Event:  Ra, Sesheta and Djehuty. All in Maat.

It was beyond an obsession, because this alignment literally woke me up and made me go outside for a dose of celestial medicine. This entire event with Venus Retrograde and the Leo Conjunction and All is a Moment in My Life that I shall always remember. And, if I ever forget, it is well documented here on my blogs and social media! The Portal Of HetHeru was opened, and so was my Heart.  I also “Rose in Love” (no more falling in love for me!)  with Celestial Photography, now I am Siriusly going to get a modern day computerized telescope and camera to take MUCH better photos of these celestial events. I still have a telescope in the basement in Chicago that I built when I was in college, and never got to see if it works!!! LOL!!!

 

Anyway, it appears that Mars and Venus, HetHeru and Set are preparing to leave Sekhmet and Amun (Jupiter) as they are heading into Virgo (Aspolia). The point is that their conjunction is continuing even as they are moving forward. This is another indication of the tremendous amount of love and balance and harmony that we are to experience. Practical, Earthy,  planting seeds of intention, preparation for time of Maat, etc…

On another level, HetHeru has made it out of the season of Sekhmet. She is back to her senses, back on course, back on track, the war is over for now. Same with Set:  He has been fighting against his own self, the Ego, and has come out victorious. Now as we enter into Ra Maat, a tremendous sense of peace and balance will cover the land. The planets are also affected by these changes in ANGLES/ANGELS of their own relationships to one another. all of this is felt and reflected in our expressions and in our relationships.

Portal of Heru (Uranus) is still open in PiCot Sahu (Pisces), RePhan is in Ip until December, and is Retrograde! Djehuty is left alone in Aspolia, oh wait, NOT. Here comes HetHeru and Set, so this will be fun to watch as things develop. Asar (Pluto) is in Picot Maere (Sagittarius).

The last thing I want to discuss is the Pinnacle, or the Capstone, of the Pyramid of the Chart. NebtHet KuUrKu:  Neptune in Aquarius. Have diascussed this in detail as well, as this planet is not going anywhere for awhile.  The message I am getting is that we are supposed to use WATER in our Creativity to Express Maat. Use the sound of Water as we communicate our feelings, thoughts and emotions. (Moon in Gemini). That WATER is the main element to be working with for the RaMaat Sesheta PiCot Mahi and NebtHet KuUrKu Healing Pyramid of this Maatical Moment from October 31-November 23, 2015. Learn how to use the Love and Light Power of the MerKaBa for prayers, and protection.  Align with the power of Hetheru and Set, two of the most powerful and most feared of all the Neteru, to remain i a joyfil, grateful state of Divinity. And yet, have no fear of calling on Sekhmet if need be!
